A smooth, refined Japanese-style green tea inspired by the quiet elegance of Kyoto in the early twentieth century. Brewing Instructions:
Use 1 teaspoon per cup, water heated to about 75–80 °C, and steep for 1–2 minutes. Short steeps preserve its softness and clarity.
