Dragonwell (Longjing) Green Tea

Dragonwell, also known as Longjing, is one of China’s most celebrated green teas, traditionally produced in Zhejiang Province and prized for its distinctive flat, hand-pan-fired leaves. Carefully processed to preserve freshness and balance, this classic green tea brews into a smooth, refined cup with gentle vegetal notes, a soft chestnut character, and a clean, lingering finish.

Naturally low in bitterness when brewed correctly, it is well suited for both seasoned tea drinkers and those new to green tea. Enjoyed on its own, Dragonwell allows its craftsmanship and subtle complexity to shine.

Brewing Tip:
Use 1 teaspoon per cup. Steep in water cooled to approximately 75–80°C (170–175°F) for 1–2 minutes. Avoid boiling water to maintain its smooth, balanced flavour. Dragonwell may be re-steeped for multiple infusions.
