Brewing Instructions

• Tea: 2–3 teaspoons per 12 oz cup

• Water Temperature: 100°C

• Steeping Time: 8–10 minutes

• Preparation: Strain and enjoy hot

• Optional: Add honey to taste

For a more robust herbal flavour, steep for up to 15 minutes.
