Green tea

Brewing Instructions
Use 1 teaspoon per 12 oz cup
Water temperature 80 to 85°C
Steep for 2 to 3 minutes
Strain and enjoy
Re steep 1 to 2 times if desired

Avoid boiling water to preserve its fresh, balanced flavour.
