A soothing herbal blend crafted for quiet moments and everyday balance. Rooibos, spearmint, lemongrass, nettle, lavender, passion flower, lemon verbena, rose petals, willow bark, plum and mallow petals come together in a soft, aromatic cup with fresh mint, gentle citrus and floral notes.

This caffeine free blend is designed to be enjoyed when you want to slow down, settle in and enjoy something calm, fragrant and comforting.

Ingredients
Rooibos, spearmint, lemongrass, nettle, lavender, passion flower, lemon verbena, rose petals, willow bark, plum, mallow petals

Brewing Instructions
Use 2 to 3 teaspoons per 12 oz cup
Water temperature 100°C
Steep for 7 to 10 minutes
Strain and enjoy hot
Add honey if desired

Contains willow bark. Not recommended for those with an aspirin allergy or sensitivity, people taking blood thinning medication, or during pregnancy unless advised by a healthcare professional.
